PDS Tech is looking for a Senior Financial AnalystRemote1st shift (8am - 5pm)Salary:

63/HRContractGovernment Finance role where the main focus of the position is supporting an MAAR13 audit(material existence audit)o Calculate assigned overhead rates for quarterly actuals and yearly preliminary final rateso Partner with business unitControllers to develop forecasted forward pricing rate financials on a CAS/FAR compliant basis (forward pricing rate proposal, or FPRP), based on the GAAP financial plano Serve as a point of contact with senior USG leadership (DACO, DCMA, DCAA) on overhead rates, compliance, financial reporting, and audit related matterso Negotiate forward pricing rate agreements (FPRA) with the USG in partnership with the UTAS business unit Financial Controllerso Prepare, report, and analyze actual financial results for business unit finance organizations and the USGo Partner with the Government Finance team to drive and maintain a sound USG controls environment and to provide guidance to business unit customers on compliance related matterso Assist in developing and maintaining USG accounting disclosure statementso Assist with annual UTAS GAAP and USG accounting change processo ACCESS Expertise a pluso Excel Expertise a plus (pivot tables/ VLOOKUP's)Requirements:
o BA/BS in Accounting or Finance is requiredPreferred
Qualifications:
o HFM experienceo SAP experienceo ACCESS database experienceo USG business experienceo Regulatory knowledge of CAS, FAR, and USG business systems requirementso Experience assessing financial and/or USG controls (e.
g.
SarbanesOxley, public accounting audit, internal audit, USG contracting, etc.
)o While the above experience is preferred, the UTAS team has the ability to help candidates who may not have USG specific experience develop the necessary expertise to be successful in this position and in future aerospace leadership roles.
Pay Details:
$56.
