You'll work in an adaptive role, handling administrative tasks, financial duties, and contributing to various projects to ensure our team runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Manage various administrative tasks, including answering phones, inputting leads, and handling mail.
- Oversee payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and expense reports.
- Assist with marketing and sales efforts, contributing to the company's growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
