As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer literacy skills and a passion for office management.
Duties - Manage and maintain physical and electronic records and files - Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records - Assist with file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness - Retrieve requested documents and files for internal staff or external clients - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Provide administrative support as needed Skills - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Experience working as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Knowledge of file management best practices - Ability to coordinate projects and multitask effectively - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or front desk clerk is a plus - Experience in event planning or coordination is an asset If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining accurate records, we encourage you to apply for the position of Records Clerk.
