This position requires flexibility, so only those interested in working weekends, nights, and holidays need apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with directions and information about nearby sights, local events, and attractions.
Answer questions about local culture, traditions, and history.
Answer questions about travel and local transportation options.
Resolve customer problems.
Serve as a first point of contact for hotel guests upon arrival.
Maintain positive customer relations.
