Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of human resource delivery for the Central Engineering organization including the Engineering Excellence, Advanced Technology/Systems, 787 and Global Engineering groups. Also provides client HR support to the VP's, Engineering. Employees within these groups reside in multiple site locations, the largest of which are Windsor Locks, CT and Rockford, IL. Additional responsibilities include: supporting strategic HR initiatives for the world wide UTC Aerospace Systems engineering function; data analysis and presentation preparation for the Engineering Effectiveness, CTO and CEO reviews; and executing key HR processes such as succession planning and talent initiatives, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and compensation planning.
