Responsibilities
United Technologies Aerospace Systems Customer Service is seeking a quality performance leader. The candidate must possess strong technical, leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilies shall include: - Lead and drive quality culture and performance improvement activities across the Customer Service organization - Responsible for designing and operating processes and systems and drive performance improvement and/or countermeasures to achieve business objectives - Able to analyze, compile and drive global functional action plans to improve process standardization
Qualifications
B.S. in technical discipline preferred - Quality Technical/Functional competency with 5 years minimum of Quality or Supplier Quality Engineering experience in aerospace and defense, or other highly regulated industry - Demonstrated experience driving business results utilizing the ACE Operating System and tools; with particular focus on Relentless Root Cause Analysis, Mistake Proofing, Standard Work, QCPC, 5S, Benchmarking & Process Certification - Strong presentation skills with proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint to communicate at all levels of the organization - Strategic and Analytical proficiency; Customer focused, adaptable team player with the able to work in a cross functional organization - Experience with technical document interpretation and analysis - ISO9000, AS9100, FAA & DCMA knowledge - ACE Practitioner and/or Six Sigma certification preferred; ASQ certification a plus - Highest ethical standards, work ethic and attention to detail

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
