HR Analyst, Operations & Supply Chain

Chosen candidate will support the talent strategy for the Operations organization and will be responsible for providing high quality human resource reports/metrics/information to the VP, Human Resources responsible for Operations. Primary customer contact will be VP of HR and HR client managers covering Operations & Supply Chain, Operations & Supply Chain Executives and HR Specialists (i.e., Compensation, Benefits, Talent Center). Areas of responsibility include: Developing and maintaining an HR dashboard including global headcount analysis, talent metrics involving headcount such as Performance Feedback Tool ratings by site leadership, Team II, III and special program alumni such as OLP. Generate regular reporting on global Spans & Layers, attrition, and general demographics. Ad Hoc Reporting (ad hoc) -- serve as focal point for various reporting requests related (but not limited) to categories/reports noted above. ACE- actively identify and lead/work opportunities to streamline and improve the manner in which HR services are delivered to the end customer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
