Summary:Engine Systems is looking for a FP&A specialist to support the SBUs monthly reporting process to UTAS central FP&A and senior management team. This individual will play a key role in assisting ENG management in driving financial targets, ensuring on time delivery of close and forecast deliverables, and monitoring/helping drive the businesses financial performance. As a result, the position will provide an opportunity to gain a high degree of understanding of the SBUs underlying business processes and the financial results. The position will interact with the Engine Systems executives and senior managers team along with the central FP&A department and UTAS CFO, as such, strong communications and presentation skills along with the ability to manage multiple projects are critical.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Provide detailed FP&A analysis to the various internal and external customers on a regular and ad hoc basis. Insure timely and accurate coordination of requests for the Engine Systems SBU-Financial liaison with UTAS FP&A, CFO office, and ENG business unit President, General Managers, Controllers and their staff on business issues-Coordinate, Promote, and at times, load the HFM submissions and provide timely analysis on the submitted data. - Participate and help coordinate quarterly OMM and monthly Policy Deployment process-Write and maintain standard work for the processes required to support the data requests in both SAP/JDE and HFM. -Support the central Engineering and Supply Chain teams with a focus on business problem solving.
