Engine Systems' Global Engine Systems (GES) business is looking for a Contracts Administrator who will be responsible for all facets of contract administration. Duties include, but are not limited to:
POSITION
Summary:
Responsibilities:
-Proposal preparation
-Order reviews and acknowledgments
-Flow down of contract requirements and amendments
-Order demand management
-Accounts Receivable monitoring
-Contract file maintenance
-Order entry
Other duties may include:
-Export Management
-Price negotiations
-Assist in the preparation of various contract agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and memoranda of agreement
-Change management
-Property management
-Contract close-out
Business Unit: UTC Aerospace SystemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
